Privacy Policy (POPIA)
Who we are. Moriah Plastics designs and manufactures custom acrylic displays in Johannesburg, South Africa. This Privacy Policy explains how we process personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
What we collect. When you contact us or request a quote, we may collect your name, company, email, phone number, project details, deadlines and any files you provide. Website technical data (such as device, browser and general usage) may also be collected to improve the site (see Cookies below).
How we use your information. We use personal information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, provide services, manage customer relationships and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing. We may share information with service providers who help us operate our business (e.g., couriers, IT or hosting). They process information only on our instructions and under confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
Retention. We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes above and in line with legal, tax and accounting requirements.

Terms of Service
Scope. These Terms govern your use of this website and any quotation, supply of goods or services by Moriah Plastics.
Quotations & orders. Quotes are estimates based on the brief provided and may change with final specifications, materials, branding and timelines. Orders proceed on written acceptance and agreed payment terms.
Intellectual property. Your logos and brand assets remain yours. Our design files, tooling and fabrication methods remain ours unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Lead times & delivery. Lead times are indicative and depend on approval, material availability and volume. Risk passes on delivery or collection. Please inspect goods on receipt and report issues promptly.
Warranties & limits. We deliver workmanship consistent with agreed specifications. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect or consequential losses. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
