1. What are typical lead times for freestanding display stands?
Most FSDUs are fabricated within 10–60 working days after approval, depending on complexity, materials and quantity. Rush turnaround is available for urgent campaigns. All units are built at our Newlands, Johannesburg factory.
2. What minimum order quantities apply?
We accept orders from just 1 unit for prototypes and small activations. Pricing scales with volume — larger rollouts receive better unit pricing. No need for high MOQs like offshore suppliers.
3. What information do you need for a quote?
We need: product range and dimensions, display footprint limits (W×D×H), quantity or store count, branding requirements (UV print, engraving, decals), target launch date and delivery locations. Photos, sketches, drawings or planograms all help.
4. Do you deliver outside Johannesburg?
Yes. All fabrication happens at our factory in Newlands, Johannesburg, but we courier finished FSDUs to retail stores, DCs and event venues anywhere in South Africa. We can label deliveries per store for multi-site rollouts.
5. Can you work from photos or sketches if I don't have drawings?
Absolutely. Send us reference images, competitor units you want to match, or rough sketches. We'll interpret your brief, recommend materials and provide a CAD-accurate mockup for approval before fabrication.
6. What materials do you use for freestanding display stands?
