1. Share your brief — Tell us about the display type, quantities, approximate sizes, branding needs and delivery city. Even rough details help — we'll refine the spec with you.
2. Concept + cost estimate — We review your requirements and provide a practical design proposal with material recommendations and a fixed price. Typically within 1–3 working days. Larger or complex projects may require more time.
3. Prototype or approval — For complex or multi-unit projects, we recommend a sample unit (3–5 working days) to confirm fit, clarity and finish before full production.
4. Production + SA‑wide delivery — Retail-grade fabrication using laser cutting, CNC routing and UV printing. Typical production: 5–10 working days. Courier delivery 1–3 working days across South Africa, or collect from our Newlands workshop.
Nationwide delivery? Yes — we fabricate in Johannesburg and courier across South Africa to Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Gqeberha, Bloemfontein and beyond.
Single items OK? Yes — no minimum order; we do one‑offs through to large rollouts of 500+ units.

Rush possible? Often — subject to workload and approvals. Let us know your deadline when requesting your perspex fabrication quote.
Can you match existing branding? Yes — send your artwork (AI, PDF, DXF, DWG) and we'll match colours, fonts and logo placement precisely.

Common questions about our acrylic and Perspex® manufacturing process, materials and quoting.
What grade of acrylic or Perspex® do you use?
We use 100% Virgin Cast Acrylic or branded Perspex® sheet stock — never recycled or filled material. This guarantees optical clarity, consistent thickness and structural strength for retail-grade displays.
How do you finish the edges of cut acrylic?
All edges are processed via automatic inline flame-polishing for optical light transmission. This delivers a pristine, crystal-clear finish that looks seamless — no rough or cloudy edges.
What thickness options are available?
We stock 2mm to 15mm heavy-gauge options. Thinner gauges (2–5 mm) suit countertop displays and brochure holders; thicker gauges (8–15 mm) are used for structural plinths, freestanding units and load-bearing platforms.
Will the acrylic yellow in sunlight or coastal stores?
All our material includes UV-stabilised protection to prevent yellowing, even in sunny coastal retail environments. Your displays stay crystal-clear for years.
What precision can you achieve with CNC and laser cutting?
Our Johannesburg workshop uses advanced Computer Numerical Control (CNC) engraving and automated laser fabrication, ensuring millimeter-level tolerances on every cut. This is critical for fitting branded inserts, product cut-outs and multi-part assemblies.
Do you work from CAD drawings or sketches?
Both. Submit your technical CAD drawings, bespoke dimensions, or visual mock-up files to our Gauteng engineering desk. If you don't have drawings, describe your project and we'll propose a design.
How fast can I get a commercial quote?
Submit your brief to our engineering desk and we will respond with a comprehensive commercial quote within 1–3 working days. Larger or complex projects may require more time.
Do you offer flame-polishing on both straight and curved edges?
Yes — our automated flame-polishing process handles straight cuts, radiused corners and curved profiles, giving every edge the same optical-grade clarity.
