ABS — Tough, impact-resistant. Ideal for durable trays, housings and high-traffic retail components.
HIPS (High Impact Polystyrene / Styrene) — Cost-effective for temporary displays, trial units and promotional POS.
Acrylic (PMMA / Perspex®) — For clear or coloured moulded components where optical quality and rigidity are required.
PETG — Impact-resistant, food-safe option for specialty applications.
Vacuum bed size: Our largest frame accommodates sheets up to 1000mm x 700mm, allowing us to produce sizable custom-moulded components in a single forming cycle. Thickness range: 1mm to 6mm depending on material and application.
Cost-effective tooling — Lower tooling costs compared to injection moulding, ideal for medium-to-high volume runs.

What is the minimum order quantity for vacuum forming?
No minimum. We accept orders from a single prototype. Volume pricing applies for larger production runs.
What are the lead times?
Tooling: 3–7 working days. Production: 7–21 working days depending on complexity and quantity. Rush options available.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept CAD (DXF, DWG), 3D models (STEP, STL) and 2D drawings (PDF, AI). Photos and reference samples also work.
Do you deliver across South Africa?
Yes — courier nationwide from our Johannesburg workshop. Components packed flat or assembled per your requirements.
